IP&R launched in July of 2019 as Frederick's local painting contractor. The owners of the company established Innovation as proud and passionate Latino-owned with faith-based roots. IP prioritizes top-quality services and client satisfaction in every project. No project is too small nor too big.

Alexander Vindel offers more than 20 years of experience in the painting and remodeling industry. Starting off, Alex never dreamt of owning his own business. All glory is given to God who has paved the way for the birth of IP LLC. Alexander also counts with the complement of Brenda Vindel and their kids who have supported this trajectory thus far.

Exhibiting more than 10 years of customer service and satisfaction, Brenda ensures that the core of the company functions and runs in unison with the roots that Innovation Painting holds. Alongside Alex, her vision for Innovation Painting is to challenge and uplift all employees to their full potential.
